Former Upper West Regional Minister Hon Alhassan Sulemana has extended his philanthropic gestures to some selected polling stations in the upper west region.
The retired educationist turned politician donated undisclosed amount of money to some selected polling stations in the Wa Central Constituency to facilitate the ongoing voter Registration Exercise.
Known as coach on his casual life, the former Upper west regional Minister followed up his recent donations of PPEs to the region with the latest financial support.
With over 100 hundred polling stations scattered across the Constituency, the Wa born political cushioned some selected polling stations to smoothen the nationwide exercise.
Special Assistant to the former Regional Minister, Isaac Baffina , made the donations on behalf of the Hon Alhassan Suleman to some selected polling stations across the Constituency as part of plans to facilitate the registration of potential voters ahead of the 2020 showdown.
The upper west region is expected to surpass the 400K voter population barrier once the enter registration exercise is officially close.
Hon Alhassan Sulemana has since been moved from the upper west regional Ministerial spot into the Minerals Commission.
